Please find attached a short summary about my work as an interior designer for the last 28 years and an expert
in workspaces planning and design for the last 20 years.

The concept that guides my work:
Design through the innovative approach which presently guides the world's leading corporations:
The workspace as a platform for the company's success designed to enhance, collaboration, innovation and productivity
and to elaborate wellbeing for the employees. This new attitude of design is focusing on planning solutions,
which encourage teamwork and fulfill various workers' needs both as a community and as individuals.

The benefits of working with Studio Michal Rosen (since 1995):
• Our studio’s design is unique for each company in accordance with its corporate culture, vision and the values it wishes to convey.
Due to this approach, the interior design is different for each project and you can see the wide range of designs
in the photos attached above.

• The planning is carried out with my personal guidance in all phases of strategic planning, selection of finishing materials
  and supervision of the most important stages, including guidance and transferring instructional plans to air-conditioning,
  electrical, plumbing and safety engineers.• To enable my clients adhere to their project budget, already at the initial phases of planning,
  I conduct , if necessary, a budgetary assessment with the engineers I work with, based on specifications and quantities list.
  At the negotiations phase pertaining to leasing properties I assist in consulting and preparing technical specifications
  of the engineering systems and finishing materials that are suitable for the project.
• Upon client's request it is possible to conduct the project as a turnkey project with a global budget for all phases.

Lundbeck, Given Imaging (acquired by Medtronic), Covidien, Medtronic, Omrix – planning offices in Israel and in Manhattan,
NYC (acquired by Johnson & Johnson), Israel Innovation Authority, Israel's Ministry of Education,
Syneron, – Israeli company trading on the NASDAQ, Broadcom, Spacecom, MAERSK, Air France, KLM, Turkish Airlines, Standardtextile,
Orange, Celltick, Valens, Youappi, Sensus, and many others.

Education and fields of study:

Bachelors degree in design and technologic education by the Tel-Aviv University since 1992 – B.Sc.Te.
Graduate of the Technological Educational Institute in Holon, Israel. (H.I.T)  Additionally I lectured at the Ort College,
Seminars and various forums pertaining to interior design and enhancing innovation and collaboration through workspace design.
